La mayoría de los productos de acero inoxidable se fabrican mediante procesos de soldadura convencionales, como la soldadura por arco de argón. Si bien este proceso cubre el 80 % de los requisitos de producción, causa defectos como soldaduras imperfectas, burbujas de aire y grietas en el producto soldado. Estos defectos no solo reducen la resistencia de las uniones, sino que también causan corrosión en las soldaduras.

El proceso de soldadura no solo requiere soldadores cualificados, sino que también implica un alto coste de material. Esto incrementa los costes de producción y el tratamiento posterior a la soldadura requiere mucho tiempo.

Para solucionar estos problemas, American MachineMfg. ha desarrollado el soldador láser 3 en 1 portátil más confiable y certificado del mundo (soldadura, corte, eliminación de óxido).

La tecnología de soldadura láser manual utiliza un rayo láser como fuente de energía que llega a la costura de soldadura para realizar la soldadura.

La máquina de soldadura láser portátil se puede utilizar en gabinetes, cocinas, escaleras, huecos de escaleras, ascensores, estantes, hornos, puertas y ventanas de acero inoxidable, barandillas, cajas de conexiones y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y otras áreas donde se requieren procesos de soldadura complejos e irregulares.

No solo soluciona el problema de la soldadura convencional, sino que también aumenta la impermeabilidad al trabajar bajo el agua y en días lluviosos. (Esto soluciona perfectamente el problema de no poder trabajar en días lluviosos y mejora significativamente la eficiencia del trabajo).
